Hi, I’m Cassandra.

I’m currently a PhD student in Miami University’s English Literature program, where I teach first-year composition and research how speculative narratives not only explore technological advancement but also grapple with the limits of the human body, the ethics of care, and the material conditions of health and survival.

In my teaching, I emphasize collaboration, accessibility, and rhetorical awareness, helping students see writing as a tool for engaging with the world around them.
